Larry Bower

Mr. Bower has had extensive training from his time in the military and as a police officer. He has also served over twenty-five years as an Operations Manager and a Field Investigator, primarily in and around central Pennsylvania.
Mark Slacktish received his Administration of Justice Bachelor Degree from Penn State University at University Park, PA in 1996. Thereafter, Mr. Slacktish has served over seventeen years as an Operations Manager and a Field Investigator, primarily in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre, PA region
